खाजा खर्च बचाएर बाढी पीडितलाई सहयोग Snack money, saved up for the flood-hit
आधुनिक नमुना एकेडेमीका विद्यार्थीले जुटाए ३० हजार ५३५ रुपैयाँ, विद्यालयले थप्यो १५ हजार । Students of Aadhunik Namuna Academy raised Rs 30,535; the school added Rs 15,000.
सिन्धुली । बाढी पीडितको पीडा बालबालिकाले पनि महसुस गरेका छन् । सिन्धुलीको कमलामाई नगरपालिका वडा नं. ४ साङ्वालेस्थित आधुनिक नमुना एकेडेमी प्रा.लि.मा अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो खाजा खर्च बचाएर बाढी पीडितका लागि ३० हजार ५३५ रुपैयाँ सहयोग जुटाएका छन् ।
२०८३ भदौ १० गते भोटेकोशी र त्रिशूली नदीमा आएको विनाशकारी बाढीले रसुवा र नुवाकोटमा ठूलो क्षति गरेको थियो । सोही घटनापछि विद्यालयका बालबालिकाले स्वस्फूर्त रूपमा आर्थिक राहत संकलन अभियान सुरु गरेका हुन् ।
विद्यार्थीहरूले दिनहुँ खाजाका लागि लैजाने खर्च बचाई विद्यालय प्राङ्गणमा राखिएको संकलन बाकसमा जम्मा गरेका थिए । यसरी संकलित रकम २०८३ भदौ २२ गते राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक मार्फत प्रधानमन्त्री दैवी प्रकोप उद्धार कोषमा जम्मा गरिएको छ ।
त्यसैगरी संस्थागत सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व अन्तर्गत विद्यालयले नेसनल प्याब्सन सिन्धुली मार्फत प्रधानमन्त्री दैवी प्रकोप उद्धार कोषमा थप १५ हजार रुपैयाँ सहयोग गरेको छ ।
सानै उमेरमा देखिएको यस्तो सहयोगको भावनाले विपद्को घडीमा एकआपसमा साथ दिने संस्कार बलियो बनाउने विद्यालयको भनाइ छ । विद्यालयले भविष्यमा पनि यस्ता सामाजिक कार्यमा सहभागी भइरहने जनाएको छ ।
Sindhuli. Children have felt the pain of the flood-affected too. Students of Aadhunik Namuna Academy Pvt. Ltd. at Sangwale, Kamalamai Municipality-4, Sindhuli, saved the money they carry for snacks and raised Rs 30,535 for flood victims.
On 10 Bhadra 2083, destructive floods in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers caused heavy damage in Rasuwa and Nuwakot. The children of the school began a relief collection drive on their own soon after.
Day after day they set aside their snack money and dropped it into a collection box kept in the school courtyard. On 22 Bhadra 2083 the collected amount was deposited in the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund through Rastriya Banijya Bank.
Under its corporate social responsibility, the school contributed a further Rs 15,000 to the same fund through National PABSON Sindhuli.
The school says a spirit of giving shown this early strengthens the habit of standing by one another when disaster strikes, and that it will keep taking part in such work.
